Intranet Handbook

- Logging in.
You need a valid login and password to access the Intranet. These will be provided by the Intranet administrator.
- Organisation of the Intranet.
The extranet content is structured in 2 panels. A tree menu on the left and the published articles on the right. When you click on a first level item of the menu, the right panel displays the 4 latest articles with titles, summaries, author name and publication date.
Simply click on the title of an article to access its full content. When available, the possibility to access related documents will be offered through specific links at the bottom of the content area. These documents can include various formats: images, mp3, wma, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. A printer friendly version is also accessible for each document.
- Search.
A full text search box is provided above the tree menu. The search engine will scan all the titles, summaries and article contents available on the extranet and list those that match your keyword in a result window.
